Hand selected pork belly is trimmed into thick marbled pork slices, then cured with our 90 year old recipe and smoked over real hickory chips for smoky flavor you can count on. Lay a Wright bacon slice flat on a cookie sheet and bake this thick cut bacon at 350⁰F for 15 to 20 minutes or until crispy.
