Description

The uncompromising flavor of Wright Brand Naturally Double Smoked Bacon doesn't come easy. This thick-cut, hand-trimmed meat is slowly smoked over a blend of real wood chips. Then, it's done again. The result is a rich, hearty flavor that adds that extra bite to a meaty burger or a loaded breakfast scrambler. For peak flavor, simply lay bacon slices flat on a cookie sheet and bake at 350⁰F for 15 - 20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Includes one 24 oz resealable package of Naturally Double Smoked Bacon.

  • Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place desired number of slices on a foil-lined baking sheet. Cook for 18 - 25 minutes or to desired crispness.

    Stove Top: Pan fry 3 minutes per side at 340°F.
