Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- For best results when breading or marinating Tyson Individually Frozen Chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute.
Stovetop: Add 1 tablespoon oil with 2 tablespoons of chicken broth and chicken breast to a cold skillet; cover. Heat skillet to medium high heat and cook covered 16 - 18 minutes, turning 2 to 3 times, until breasts are lightly browned and internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. (Cook thawed breasts 10 - 12 minutes.)
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place frozen breast in foil lined baking pan. Bake 35 - 39 minutes or until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. (Bake thawed breasts 18 - 20 minutes.)
