Stove Top: Preheat skillet over medium heat. Oil or non-stick pan spray can be used to prevent sticking. Place frozen chicken in skillet, cover pan and cook for 10 minutes. Flip chicken, cover pan and cook for additional 10 minutes, or until minimum internal temperature measured using instant read thermometer reaches 170°F.
Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook frozen fillets on covered pan for 45 minutes or until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. (Bake thawed breast 39 - 44 minutes).
