  • What you'll need: 1 lb (450 g) sliced beef, pork or chicken; 1/2 Cup (125 g) sliced vegetables - Carrots, onions, cabbage; 2 Cups (380 g) steamed rice. Cooking Instructions: (1) Heat two tablespoons of oil in a medium saucepan; (2) Add your choice of meat and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared; (3) Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender; (4) Pour in sauce and stir-fry until heated through and meat is fully cooked; (5) Serve on a bed of steamed rice. Serves 3-4. Store unopened in a cool, dry place.
