  • Mongolian Beef Stir-fry - Cook in a Skillet
    YOU WILL NEED:
    1 Lb Flank Steak, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
    1 Package H-E-B Mongolian-Style Cooking Sauce
    ¼ cup Green Onion, thinly chopped (optional)
    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in 1 Tbsp vegetable oil.
    2. Add 1 lb of flank steak, cook until no longer pink.
    3. Add in the H-E-B Mongolian-Style Cooking Sauce and bring to a boil.
    4. Reduce the heat to low. Simmer 5 minutes or until beef is cooking through (145°F). Serve over a bed of rice or noodles and top with green onion (if desired). Makes about 4 servings.
