0- Take your grilling to the next level with this iconic blend of coarsely ground black pepper, garlic and spices. You Will Need: 1 package Grill Mates marinade. 1 to 2 lbs. steak, pork or salmon*. Directions: 1. Place meat in plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade, reserving 1 to 2 tbsp. for basting, if desired. 2. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade. Grilling Tips: Montreal Red Wine Marinade: Stir 1/4 cup dry red wine into the marinade. Continue as directed. *Do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes.
