0- You Will Need: 1 Package grill mates marinade. 1 to 2 lbs. Chicken, steak, pork or shrimp*. Flavors up to 2 lbs. * Do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes Directions: 1. Place meat in plastic bag or glass dish. Add Marinade, reserving 1 to 2 tbsp, for basting, if desired. 2. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved Marinade. Grilling Tip: Carolina Brown Sugar Bourbon Marinade: Stir 2 tbsp. French's yellow mustard into the marinade. Continue as directed. Tear.
