Add hot water, milk, pasta and sauce mix to skillet. Stir thoroughly until mix dissolves. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender. Remove from heat; uncover and let stand. Sauce will thicken as it stands.
