  • If Using Beef: You will need: 1 lb lean ground beef; 1 cup milk; 2-1/2 cups hot water. For Topping: 1/3 cup milk. Or If Using Chicken: You Will Need: 1 lb uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts; 1 tbsp butter; 1 cup milk; 2-1/4 cups hot water. For Topping: 1/3 cup milk. If Using Beef: 1. Brown: Brown beef in 10 or 12-inch skillet. Remove from heat; drain. 2. Stir: Stir in sauce mix and hot water until dissolved. Stir in 1 cup milk and rice. Return to heat; heat to boiling. 3. Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. Meanwhile, stir 1/3 cup milk and topping mix in bowl. 4. Add: Remove from heat.
