Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated. Previously frozen.
Add 1" water to large pot, bring to a rapid boil over High heat. Place lobster on steamer rack over water, cover tightly and steam for 7 - 9 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Serve with melted butter.
