    Contains: CATFISH. Caution: May contain bones. Keep refrigerated.
  • Stovetop: Heat enough oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat for catfish fillets to float. Cut fillets into 1" wide strips and coat with flour. Dip in milk or beaten egg, then coat in a premade fish fry mix. (To make your own, mix 3/4 cup cornmeal, 1/4 cup flour and salt, cayenne and garlic powder to taste.) Fry fillets in 375°F oil for 4 - 5 minutes until golden. Let catfish drain on a rack before serving.
