    CAUTION: MAY CONTAIN BONES. Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated. Ready to cook.
  • Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove fillet from packaging. Spray aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray and place onto a baking pan. Season fish and place skin side down on the pan. Bake in upper 1/3 of the oven for 20 - 24 minutes until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork and color turns from translucent to opaque and internal temperature reaches 145°F.

    Other options including grilling on a cedar plank or pan frying.
