    Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place tenders on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, in center of oven for 20 - 35 minutes (depending on size). Remove when meat thermometer inserted in center of tender reaches 165°F. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

    Grill: Heat charcoal grill for 30 minutes or a gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill 4" above medium heat (about 375°F). Cook 15 - 20 minutes or until internal meat temperature reaches 165°F.
