Safe Handling: This product was prepared from inspected poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these Safe Handling Instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill: Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking. Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F). Place chicken breasts on grill rack. Cook for 20 - 40 minutes, depending on the size or until an internal temperature of 165°F. Flip chicken every 10 minutes during cooking time.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken breast on rack in a baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30 - 60 minutes, depending on size, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
