Safe Handling: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces including cutting boards, utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard them.
This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly.- Preheat oven to 300°F. Rub both sides of ribs with your seasoning of choice. Place ribs on a rack in a large, shallow pan. Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover pan with foil, sealing tightly and cook 1.5 hours in the center of oven. Finish cooking by grilling 12 - 15 minutes over medium heat, turning every 5 minutes until surface temperature reaches 375°F.
