Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep Refrigerated.- Season with salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning. Hold overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat pit or smoker to 250°F. Evenly space cubes on grill surface. Smoke for 7 - 8 hours or until internal temperature reaches 190°F or until tender. Remove cubes and place in a foil pan. Pour BBQ sauce to cover cubes. Cover with foil and place back on a smoker for an additional 1 - 2 hours at 275°F.
