Ingredients
Organic Broccoli Florets, Organic Cauliflower Florets, Organic Carrot.
Allergens and safety warnings
Keep frozen at 0°F. Once thawed prepare for consumption. Do not refreeze.
Microwave:
Do not open or pierce the bag before cooking. Place unopened bag of frozen vegetables correct side up in the microwave. Microwave on HIGH for 5 - 6 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Caution: Contents will be hot. Carefully remove vegetables from bag. Microwaves do vary; cooking time may need adjusting.

Stovetop:
Boil 2 cups of water in a pot. Add the frozen vegetables and return to a boil on high heat. Cook until tender. Drain and serve.
