    Allergens and safety warnings

    Keep frozen at 0°F or below. For safety and quality, cook vegetables to 165°F prior to consumption.
  • Stovetop:
    Place 1 cup of frozen broccoli in 1 cup of boiling water. Cover and quickly bring to a second boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 6 - 8 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain carefully. Season to taste and serve.

    Microwave:
    Place 1 cup of frozen broccoli in a microwave-safe dish. Add 2 Tbsp water. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 4 - 6 minutes, or until desired tenderness. Drain carefully. Season to taste and serve. Microwaves do vary; adjust cooking times as necessary.
