  • Stovetop:
    Boil 2 cups of water in a pot. Add frozen vegetables and return to a boil on high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 6 - 7 minutes. Drain and serve.

    Microwave:
    Do not open or pierce the bag before cooking. Place unopened bag of frozen vegetables the correct side up in the microwave. Microwave on HIGH for 6 - 7 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Contents will be hot. Carefully remove vegetables from the bag. Cooking time may require adjustments due to variations in kitchen appliances' power.
