    Allergens and safety warnings

    Keep frozen at 0°F or below. For safety and quality, cook vegetables to 165°F prior to consumption.
  • Stovetop:
    Place frozen vegetables in boiling water and return to a boil. Cook uncovered on high heat for appropriate time or to desired tenderness. Drain and season to taste. Do not overcook.

    For 2 cooked cups: Use 1 cup water and cook for 3 – 4 minutes
    For 4 cooked cups: Use 2 cups water and cook for 6 – 7 minutes

    Microwave:
    Place frozen vegetables and water in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Cook for appropriate time or to desired tenderness, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain and season to taste. Do not overcook. Microwaves do vary; adjust cooking time as necessary.

    For 2 cooked cups: Use 2 Tbsp water and cook for 4 – 5 minutes
    For 4 cooked cups: Use 1/4 cup water and cook for 6 - 7 minutes
