  • GRILL or PAN BROIL: Cook over Medium Heat (375°F). Internal temperature should be at least 165°F.
    • For ¼ lb. (1/2") patties - 6 minutes/side
    • For ¼ lb. (3/4") patties - 7 minutes/side.

    SKILLET: Cook 1 lb of ground meat in large skillet over Medium heat 8 - 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up into crumbles, or until meat or juices no longer show any pink color and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
