Ingredients
Mustard Greens.Allergens and safety warnings
Keep frozen at 0°F or below.- Stovetop:
Bring 2 cups water to a boil over high heat. Add frozen mustard greens and return to a boil. Cook covered on high heat for 3 minutes, then reduce to medium-low and cook for 10 - 11 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain and season to taste. Do not overcook.
Microwave:
To cook half package: Place frozen mustard greens and 2 Tbsp water in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Cook on HIGH for 8 - 10 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain and season to taste. To cook whole package, use 1/4 cup water and cook for 10 - 12 minutes. Microwaves vary; adjust cooking time as necessary.
