Ingredients
Carrots, Peas, Green Beans, Corn.Allergens and safety warnings
Keep frozen.- For 2 cups of cooked vegetables: Use 2 Tbsp water and cook for 4 – 5 minutes.
For 4 cups of cooked vegetables: Use 1/4 cup water and cook for 5 – 6 minutes.
Stovetop:
Place frozen mixed vegetables in boiling water and return to a boil. Cook covered on high heat for appropriate time or to desired tenderness. Drain and season to taste. Do not overcook.
Microwave:
Place frozen mixed vegetables and water in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Cook for appropriate time or to desired tenderness, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain and season to taste. Microwaves may vary. Adjust cooking time as necessary.
