    Allergens and safety warnings

    Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze. For safety and quality, cook vegetables to 165°F prior to consumption.
  • Stovetop:
    Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add frozen vegetables and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 - 30 minutes or until tender. Drain and season to taste.

    Microwave:
    Place frozen vegetables and 2 cups water in a microwave-safe dish and cover. Cook on HIGH power for 18 - 20 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Microwaves may vary. Adjust cooking time as necessary.
