    Allergens and safety warnings

    Keep frozen at 0°F or below. For safety and quality, cook vegetables to 165°F prior to consumption.
  • Stovetop:
    Place the desired amount of frozen vegetables in a small amount (1/2 to 1 cup) of boiling salted water. Bring the water rapidly to a second boil. Cover the pan and reduce heat. Cook gently for 7 - 9 minutes or until tender. Avoid overcooking.

    Microwave:
    Place frozen vegetables in a 2-quart microwave-safe dish with a good-fitting cover. Add 2 Tbsp water and cook on HIGH for 3 minutes. Stir vegetables and cook for an additional 5 - 7 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes after cooking. Microwaves do vary; cooking time may need adjustment.
