Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard them.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill 4" above medium-low heat (ideal temperature is 375°F). Cook for 5 - 7 minutes per side until center is almost firm to the touch. Cook to minimum of 150°F internal temperature.
