Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Season or marinate pork chops as desired. Grill about 4" above medium heat (375°F is ideal). For 3/4'' chops, cook 7 - 8 minutes/side. For 1'' chops, cook 10 - 11 minutes/side. Remove at an internal temperature of 155°F.
