    Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard them.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 40 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill pork chops about 4" above medium-low heat (325°F is ideal). Cook for 11 - 13 minutes per side until center is almost firm to the touch. Cook to minimum of 155°F internal temperature.
