  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (325°F is ideal). Season pork chops as desired and grill at 325°F for 8 – 12 minutes per side. Remove pork chops at internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Let pork chops rest for 10 minutes before serving. Other Option: Air fry pork chops at 370°F for 7 – 10 minutes per side.
