For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard them.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 40 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Season or marinate pork ribs as desired. Grill at 325°F for 40 minutes with lid closed. Turn and baste ribs after 20 - 30 minutes. Cook until internal meat temperature reaches 165°F.
