    Keep refrigerated. Caution: Contains bones.
  • Pan-Broil: Season pork steaks as desired. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 1 - 2 minutes. Place pork steaks in skillet and pan-broil (using no oil) for 4 - 6 minutes per side. Remove at an internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Remove from skillet and serve. Other Option: Grill at 375°F for 4 - 6 minutes per side.
