Contains: WHEAT, MILK.- Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine 2 1/4 cups boiling water, 2 tbsp margarine (butter), and 2/3 cup 2 percent milk in a 1.5 quart baking dish. Stir in cheese sauce mix. Add Potato Slices and stir thoroughly. Bake, uncovered, about 35 minutes (or until potatoes are tender).
Microwave: Combine 2.5 cups boiling water and 2 tbsp margarine (butter) in a 3 quart microwave-safe dish. Stir in cheese sauce mix. Add potato slices and stir thoroughly. Cover; microwave on high for 15 minutes. Stir in 2/3 cup 2 percent milk. Cover; microwave 5 more minutes. Stir and let stand 5 minutes (sauce will thicken as it stands).
