Keep in a cool, dry place.
Contains: WHEAT, MILK, SOY.- Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine 2 cups boiling water, 2 tbsp butter, and 3/4 cup 2 percent milk in a 1.5 quart baking dish. Stir in cream sauce mix. Add potato slices and stir thoroughly. Bake, uncovered, about 35 minutes (or until potatoes are tender).
Microwave: Stir sauce mix, 2.5 cups boiling water and add 2 tbsp butter (margarine) in a 2-quart microwave-safe dish. Stir in 3/4 cup milk and potatoes. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 20-23 minutes or until tender. Let stand, uncovered, 5 minutes. Sauce will thicken as it stands.
