    Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Microwave: keep (recommended). Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not remove seal film before cooking. Cook on high for 6-7 minutes. The film may balloon slightly. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove the film, stir gently. Microwave 7 min it is hot. Follow the defrost instruction.

    Stovetop: Heat an empty pan over low medium for 1 minute and add 2 tbsp of your preferred cooking oil. Add chicken to the pan and heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Reduce heat to low and stir for another 4-5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Pan frying it is hot.

    Since appliances vary, cooking time may need adjusting (Check the product is cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature 165 degrees F).

    Defrost Instruction: Defrost in fridge for 12 hours, then follow cooking instructions. Keep frozen cook & serve.
