  • For Food Safety: Product must be cooked thoroughly before eating. Keep frozen - do not thaw. Read and follow the cooking instructions as product must reach a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) internal temperature as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Preparation: Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat conventional oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Spread desired quantity of frozen potatoes evenly across an 11 inch x 17 inch baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. 3. Bake according to the chart below; turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time. Amount: Full Baking Sheet (11 servings or more): 18-22 minutes time.
