  • Let dough thaw in refrigerator for a minimum of 24 hours. Allow dough to rest at room temperature for 1 – 2 hours prior to use. Dough will become more pliable as it sits at room temperature.

    Flour your working surface and stretch dough into desired shape and thickness. For extra help transferring pizza dough, dust both pan and underside of pizza with semolina flour or cornmeal. Add your favorite toppings and transfer to a preheated baking stone or baking sheet. Bake at 450°F for 15 – 20 minutes or until baked through and golden brown.
