Long grain white rice with traditional New Orleans seasonings and a blend of creamy cheeses. A New Orleans tradition since 1889. Gluten free. Add meat for a complete meal. Jambalaya can be prepared with your choice of 1 lb of smoked sausage, cooked chicken, ham or shrimp (add cooked shrimp during last 5 minutes of cooking time), cut into bite-size pieces.     Enriched Long Grain Parboiled Rice (Rice, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid), Corn Maltodextrin, Whey (Milk), Cheddar Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Onion, Sunflower Oil, Blue Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Salt, Red and Green Bell Pepper, Garlic, Yeast Extract, Spices (Including Celery Seed, Red Pepper, Turmeric), Tamari Soy Sauce (Soybean, Salt), Natural Flavor (Milk), Citric Acid & Extractives of Turmeric and Annatto.

  • Stove Top Directions: Pick a Protein: 1 lb. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Smoked sausage. Cooked chicken. Ham. Shrimp (Add cooked shrimp during last 5 minutes cooking time). Cook: Mix 2-1/2 cups water, rice mix, meat of your choice and 1 tbsp. Vegetable or olive oil (optional) in 3-quart saucepan until well blended. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Enjoy: Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving. Zatarain’s Kitchen. Tips and Tricks: Veggify: Add 1 medium tomato, chopped or 1 can (14-1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained, 1 cup cooked corn or 1 cup broccoli florets. Quick & Easy: Try using Rotisserie chicken.
