  • Heating Instructions: For best results, thaw bao in refrigerator for 8 hours prior to cooking. Microwave: place 1 thawed bao on a microwave safe plate. Cover with damp paper towel. Microwave on high for 30 seconds (From frozen: add up to 1 minute). Carefully remove bao from microwave. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying. Stove Top Steam: Fill pot with 1/4 cup water, rest colander inside pot, and cover. Place pot over high heat and bring water to a boil. Add 1 to 4 thawed bao to colander. For best results ensure bao do not touch each another nor the pot while cooking. Cover and steam for 6 minutes (From frozen: add 4 minutes). Remove bao from heat. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying. Keep frozen.
