Over medium-high heat, place the dumplings flat side down and cover the pan with lid for 8-12 min. Cook until all of the water evaporates and the flat side is golden. Filling will be hot. Microwave, Place 5-6 Potstickers and 2 Tablespoons of Water in a Microwave-Safe Bowl, Cover with a Damp Paper Towel and Microwave for 3 Min, Carefully Remove from the Microwave, Drain and Let Sit for 1 Min, Filling Will Be Hot. Caution: May be hot! Keep frozen.
