Ingredients
Unbleached Wheat Flour, Vegetable Shortening (soy- bean oil), Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Non Fat Dry Milk, Wheat Gluten.- Try These Other Uses For Pizza Crust: (Be sure to let dough rise 30 minutes or more) Bread Sticks Fried Dough. Pocket Pizza French Rolls. Beef Wellington Top Crust Cinnamon Rolls. Pizza Crust Mix: Preheat oven 500 degrees F. Grease 12 or 14" pizza pan. Combine Pizza Crust mix and 1/2 cup hot tap water in bowl. Stir vigorously with a fork until blended (about 30 strokes). Form into a ball and grease with about 1 teaspoon oil. Cover and set in warm place for 30 minutes. (You may let rise for 1 hour or more.) Press dough evenly onto bottom of prepared pan or baking sheet using greased hands. Pinch edges to form a rim. Spread dough with Pizza Sauce and sprinkle with favorite toppings. Bake on lowest oven rack 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and toppings are hot. When using this mix for other than Pizza Crust, look up recipes which apply to product being made. Add same water amount on this package, then follow the instructions from the recipe.
