    Ingredients

    Wheat Flour, Animal Shortening (Contains One or More of the Following: Lard, Hydrogenated Lard, Partially Hydrogenated Lard), Yeast, Contains Less than 2% of Each of the Following: Whey, Salt, Dextrose, Leavening (Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Baking Soda), Sorbitan Monostearate, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.

  • 1 pkg. Jiffy Crust Mix, 1/2 cup hot tap water. Prepare toppings before making crust. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Add hot tap water to contents of package in bowl. Stir until moistened. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes in a warm place (about 85 degrees F). Knead several times on a floured board. Grease 12 inch or 14 inch pan. Grease fingers and press dough on bottom and sides of pan. Dough may be shaped into a 14 inch x 10 inch rectangle on greased baking sheet. Pre-bake crust in oven for 2-3 minutes before adding toppings. Top with your favorite toppings. Drain meat and other toppings before applying to crust. Bake 18-20 minutes or until crust is golden.
