  • Cooking Measurements: 1 cup rice; 2-1/2 cups water; 2 tsp oil or butter; 25 min time; 4 servings. Cooking Instructions: 1. Rinse rice with clean and water and drain. 2. Boil 2-1/2 cups of water in a pot. Add 2 tsp of vegetable oil or butter and salt to taste. Add the rice. 3. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 25 min or until all the water is absorbed.
