COMBINE 1 CUP RICE AND 2 CUPS WATER IN A COVERED MICROWAVE- SAFE DISH. 2. MICROWAVE AT 100% (HIGH) POWER FOR 5 MINUTES. REDUCE POWER TO 50% (MEDIUM) FOR AN ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL ALL WATER IS ABSORBED. 3. REMOVE FROM MICROWAVE AND LET STAND COVERED FOR 5 MINUTES. FLUFF WITH FORK. TO RETAIN VITAMINS, DO NOT RINSE BEFORE OR DRAIN AFTER COOKING. COOKING TIPS: FOR FIRMER RICE, USE LESS WATER AND SIMMER A SHORTER TIME. FOR SOFTER RICE, USE MORE WATER AND SIMMER A LONGER TIME.
