The result is a creamy and velvety sauce, you can enjoy with any kind of pasta shape. Orti di Calabria sauces are made in the Calabria region of Southern Italy. Calabria is the "toe of the boot" of the Italian peninsula. Use only fresh ingredients grown on local farms. All the vegetables are hand cut.

Drain the pasta al dente, pour it directly into the sauce and cook for a few minutes. If you wish, add some fresh grated Italian cheese, as parmigiano reggiano or grana padano. Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. For best before end see top of lid.
