Contains: soy.- Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Remove meal from carton and poke 2 holes in the film cover (one over each compartment of the tray). 3. Place meal on a cookie sheet and cook on middle oven rack for 17 minutes or until 165 degrees F. 4. Remove meal from oven on cookie sheet. 5. Let stand for 2 minutes before carefully removing film. Please Note: The cooking instructions above were developed to produce the best possible product in a conventional oven. However, because ovens vary, cooking times may vary. Do not place under a broiler. Do not set oven temperature above 375 degrees F. Failure to use a cookie sheet may result in damage to the serving tray and food. Microwave Oven: 1. Remove meal from carton and remove film over potatoes. 2. Microwave on high power for 3 minutes and 30 seconds or until 165 degrees F. 3. Let stand for 2 minutes before carefully removing film. Please Note: The cooking instructions above were developed in an 1100 watt microwave and were designed to produce the best possible product by cooking each tray individually. Microwave ovens vary. Please increase or decrease your cooking time to ensure cooking. Cook thoroughly. Do not thaw before cooking. Do not prepare in a toaster oven.
