  • Convention oven. (1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. (2) Remove meal from carton. (3) Place meal on a cookie sheet and cook on middle oven rack for 16 minutes or until 165 degrees F. (4) Remove meal from oven on cookie sheet; let stand to 2 minutes before carefully removing film. Do not place under a broiler. Do not set oven temperature above 375 degrees F. Failure to use a cookie sheet may result in damage to the serving tray and food. Microwave: Microwave oven (1) Place sealed tray in microwave with meat in centermost part of microwave. (2) Microwave on high power for 3 minutes, then stair potatoes. (3) Replace film and microwave on high power for an additional 1 minute or until 165 degrees F, then stir potatoes. (4) Let stand for 1 minute before carefully removing film, then serve. Please note: The cooking instructions above were developed in an 1100 watt microwave and were designed to produce the best possible product by cooking each tray individually.
