Place meal on a cookie sheet and cook on middle oven rack for 16 minutes or until 165 degrees F. 4. Remove meal from oven on cookie sheet. 5. Peel back film and stir Mac and Cheese. 6. Remove meal from carton and poke two holes in the film cover (one over each compartment of the tray). 2. Microwave on High power for 3 minutes and 45 seconds or until 165 degrees F. 3. Peel back film over Mac and Cheese and stir. 4. Let stand for 2 minutes before carefully removing film.
