  • Makes one 6 x 8 inches or 9 x 9 inches pan: Keto & Paleo Not Cornbread Bread & Muffin Mix: You Will Need: Recommended preparation: 3 eggs; 1/4 cup milk; 1/4 cup butter, melted. Paleo Preparation: 3 eggs; 1/4 cup nut-based milk or water; 1/2 cup ghee or oil. Instructions: Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease or spray an 8 x 8 inches or 9 x 9 inches pan with oil or butter. Whisk together eggs, milk/water, oil/butter/ghee, and mix in a large bowl until just combined, scraping sides of bowl as needed. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until top springs back when touched. Optional: Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 1/4 cup chopped and cooked bacon, and/or 1/2 diced jalapeno to make your bread even more delicious.
