Contains: SHELLFISH, MILK, WHEAT (produced in a facility that also processes Soy, Eggs, fish, and tree nuts.)- MICROWAVE:1. Choose approriate Cook time for wattage of microwave using chart below.
2. Lay bag flat on side, microwave side
3. Flip bag, lay bagon side, microwave side
4. Let stand 1 minute to cool.
5. Pour into dish and folding stir product for 30 seconds. Product will be hot.
Fully Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degree F before serving.
STOVE TOP:
Pour frozen contents of bag in a medium sauce pan, stirring often over medium heat for 12 min.
